I want to make clear just what I was conceding to yesterday, the last few months have been extremely tough, financially and personally, and I was conceding that my initiative and drive have been less than stellar during that time, I have also completed hundreds of AP installs, each requiring layer 2 configuring to complete and I have been assigned to support, primarily, our wireless infrastructure, perhaps missing out on the opportunities to use more advanced layer 2 and 3 protocols, I will work with others in my group to utilize and improve upon these skills. Lastly, the heresy, I cannot address this if no one is coming to me with a specific issue, I have been in the habit myself of just fixing an internal issue and not reporting it, however, I’ll address whomever after the fact next time and will expect the same.

I appreciate the 4-10’s you authorized this summer, I appreciate the classes and your efforts to drive us into a wireless niche and your continued support.
